Environmental Analysis of the Surrounding Area

The project site is flat and currently vacant. To the southeast, the area is predominantly occupied by industrial production facilities; adjacent to the eastern boundary is Jingyin New Materials Co., Ltd. The northern and western boundaries are largely landscaped green spaces. The surrounding environment is favorable, making the site well-suited for industrial operations.

Design Philosophy

In this design, The building’s functions are divided into two categories: production workshops and office areas. The project integrates all functions into a single, well-organized volume, creating a cohesive and unified urban façade that responds to the site’s contextual requirements.

The main production workshops are connected by skybridges, creating a spacious atrium. The rooftop garden provides a pleasant working environment for both production and office staff.

Overall Layout

The overall layout ensures an effective separation of vehicular and pedestrian circulation. Freight traffic accesses the site primarily via the eastern logistics entrance, while office vehicle access is routed through the main southern entrance. Internal roads are arranged in a continuous loop, with motorized vehicle parking concentrated on the northern side, thereby preserving the integrity and aesthetic appeal of the urban interface.

Building 1 is a production workshop with a total floor area of 21,052.17 square meters; Building 2, the gatehouse, has a floor area of 68.74 square meters; and Building 3 is a covered storage yard with a floor area of 200 square meters.

The office space accounts for 12.83% of the total floor area and 0.33% of the total site area, thereby meeting the planning and design requirements.

Facade Design

By articulating a concise volumetric relationship, it responds to the building’s regular massing. The interplay between solid and void, coupled with the strategic use of recessed and projecting volumes, accentuates the layered composition of the building’s façade.

Yunbai Environmental Equipment Co., Ltd. is committed to providing green chimney solutions for the built environment, with “Blue Skies and White Clouds, Sharing the Rainbow” as its core corporate philosophy. The project’s façade color scheme uses a milky-white textured paint to evoke the hue of white clouds, while transparent glass symbolizes the blue sky, thereby echoing the company’s corporate identity.
