Planning and Layout
PLANNING LOCATION
In terms of planning and layout, high-rise and low-rise villas are arranged in accordance with the site’s characteristics, the surrounding environment, and traffic conditions, making full use of the lot’s frontage and depth. High-rise residential buildings are sited on the west and north sides of the community, while the remaining areas are dedicated to low-rise villas. A two-story sales center is located at the southeast corner. Apartment types include high-rise units ranging from 97 to 140 square meters and villa‑style units from 143 to 220 square meters.
In terms of traffic organization, this project adopts a separated pedestrian‑and‑vehicle design. The garage entrance is located near the community’s main entrance, enabling vehicles to access the underground parking facility quickly while preventing intersections between pedestrian and vehicular flows.
