The project is located at the intersection of Fuyuan Road and Chengbo Road in the Development Zone of Xiangcheng District, Suzhou, on a site covering 80,228 square meters. The total floor area is approximately 283,310 square meters, with 200,570 square meters above ground subject to floor‑area ratio regulations. The site enjoys excellent transportation access, is surrounded by well‑established commercial amenities, and is adjacent to a waterway, offering abundant scenic resources.

Through an analysis of the project site, and in accordance with the planning guidelines, locational conditions, and overarching functional objectives, this project… The design seeks to explore the building’s natural expression within the specific contextual conditions of the site.

Adhering to a design philosophy that puts people first and leverages science, the layout emphasizes the integration of practicality, forward-thinking, and operability.

Overall Layout

The residential area of this project comprises seven 18‑story high-rise apartment buildings, one 23‑story building, three 24‑story buildings, eight 27‑story mid‑rise apartment buildings, and one single‑story ancillary facility.

The 18‑story residential towers are positioned along the northern edge of the site and within the plot, while the 23‑, 24‑, and 27‑story towers are sited on the southern, eastern, and western sides, creating a varied skyline overall.

Street-side Perspective View

All residences are arranged parallel to the north‑side road, creating a well‑proportioned, enclosed communal space that forms a large internal garden. The overall planning and layout are compact and rational, with building setbacks that comply with relevant codes and considerations of visual and spatial experience, thereby providing residents with a rich array of public spaces for leisure and recreation.

Building unit

The facade design adopts a modern style. The design of the individual façade—its massing, style, and color—emphasizes detailing and underscores a public‑building‑oriented modern minimalist aesthetic. The façade employs a public‑building‑like approach, eschewing symbolic ornamentation; the base features localized stone cladding, while the main body is finished with off‑white textured paint, punctuated by select areas in dark gray.

The façade is simple and clear, striving for a pure, unadulterated artistic effect—a reflection of our understanding of the city and of life. Creating an “atmosphere” and designing spaces that people can truly “feel” is how we continue to write the story of Suzhou. 。

The building’s distinctive curved forms and transparent glass façades draw the surrounding landscape indoors, embracing a subtle, understated aesthetic that seamlessly integrates thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces. By creating forward‑looking, sustainable environments that invite exploration and contemplation, the project immerses visitors in an engaging experience, fosters vibrant social interactions, and underscores the development’s exceptional quality.

Landscape design

The landscape design is laid out along the building’s axis, with localized variations to enhance its dynamic character; it emphasizes a layered spatial experience, fostering a rich and diverse range of visual and sensory impressions.

The overall design ethos is to create a pristine, eco‑friendly green landscape that seamlessly integrates the scenery with the architecture, and living with the residential community, while emphasizing practicality and cost‑effectiveness.
