During the design process, vertical space and surrounding landscape resources are fully leveraged to maximize green spaces and river views, ensuring residents enjoy an optimal living environment with exceptional vistas.

A landscape system integrating linear and planar elements

The planning and design emphasize the integrity and orderliness of the landscape system, creating a clear, richly layered, flexibly articulated, and seamlessly integrated landscape framework that also demonstrates the utmost respect for and responsiveness to the surrounding urban environment.

High-rise District “Grouped Landscape” — Spacious, two‑unit‑per‑floor layouts maximize scenic views, positioned on the west and north sides. The north‑side high-rise features a stepped design to enrich the urban skyline, while offering access to both the internal community’s landscaped amenities and the eastern riverfront views.

Multi-layered “Private Landscape Garden” — Emphasizing axial relationships to create a central axis landscape corridor that is close to nature and rich in the charm of everyday life.

The small‑size units in the villa‑style cluster, with one elevator serving two households per floor, are situated on the southeastern side of the site. These clusters create their own private landscape enclaves, while the central landscapes of the two adjacent clusters interconnect to form a principal planning axis. A grand, landscaped main entrance is positioned between the clusters, establishing an elegant and imposing gateway to the community.

A service building is situated at the northwest corner of the site, while a public‑building‑style facade design lends the community a sophisticated and imposing presence.

Architectural Style Design

The architecture is framed by a modern aesthetic and, through its volumetric composition, unfolds in a vertically oriented gesture.

In terms of design, the approach emphasizes lightness and modernity, with a strong focus on overall proportions and the scale of details. To ensure harmony and unity with the surrounding buildings, materials such as champagne‑silver aluminum panels, dark gray metal panels, and light yellow multi‑color paint were employed to highlight the project’s high quality.

In terms of architectural form, the interplay of projecting and receding volumes creates numerous balconies, while a structural framework links these spaces, reinforcing the building’s overall cohesion. Large, strategically placed windows oriented toward scenic views not only broaden the vista but also heighten the contrast between solid and void on the façade. By skillfully employing diverse architectural strategies and thoughtfully combining a variety of materials, coupled with meticulous detailing at key junctions, the design achieves an overarching sense of harmony and unity across the entire façade.

Modern, minimalist architectural forms and a landscape design imbued with a strong sense of ceremony create a distinctive character and essence for the community. While asserting its unique identity, it seamlessly integrates into an overall ambiance that is both elegant and understated—contemporary, streamlined, and in harmony with nature.
