Northwestern Polytechnical University and our company have jointly established an internship and practical training base.
On February 23, 2023, the leadership of Northwestern Polytechnical University held a symposium with our company to discuss the joint establishment of an internship and practical training base. The company was represented by leaders including Wen Wei, Du Shengmin, Feng Youfeng, Zhao Hao, and Wang Yayı, among others.
University leaders stated that it is essential to fully leverage the respective strengths of universities and enterprises, closely integrating teaching, research, and technological development, in order to cultivate innovative engineering and technical professionals who possess systematic expertise and solid practical skills.
Leaders from our company, including Director Wen and Director Du, stated that we maintain close collaboration with the university, learning from one another. Cultivating application-oriented talent requires immersing students in real-world projects at an early stage, while enterprises, in turn, need to tap into fresh talent to enrich their innovation, creativity, and professional design capabilities. We look forward to deepening our cooperation with Northwestern Polytechnical University, establishing internship and practical training platforms for students, smoothing pathways to employment, leveraging our respective strengths, and actively engaging in joint research and development of cutting-edge technologies.
Northwestern Polytechnical University has appointed Xu Peng, Cao Fenwei, and Wen Wei as off-campus mentors and presented them with appointment letters.
Following the meeting, leaders from Northwestern Polytechnical University and our company held a plaque‑hanging ceremony.
