Longshida new plant project in Thailand
This project is located in the Lohkhanalongyan Industrial Park, Chonburi Province, Thailand. The total site area is 22,973.91 m², with a total building footprint of 12,364.00 m² and a total floor area of 15,037.97 m². The project will be developed in two phases: Phase I includes an office building, a multi-purpose building, a gatehouse, and Factory Building No. 1; Phase II comprises Factory Buildings No. 2 and No. 3, with a gross floor area of 24,624.44 m² and a non‑gross floor area of 285.00 m².

This project is located in the Amata Industrial Park in Chonburi, Thailand. The total land area is 28,201.68 m². The project is being developed in two phases: Phase I includes a multi-purpose building, a gatehouse, and a water‑pool pump house; Phase II comprises production workshops and a hazardous‑chemicals warehouse. The site covers a total area of 12,878.68 m², with a gross floor area of 40,442.09 m², of which 39,829.53 m² is counted toward the floor‑area ratio and 612.56 m² is excluded from the floor‑area ratio.

The guiding principle of this landscaping design is simplicity, elegance, and environmental enhancement, while reflecting the architectural style. The goal is to achieve a seamless integration between greenery and architecture, with each complementing the other. Planting schemes prioritize evergreen trees as the backdrop, complemented by shrubs that offer seasonal color throughout the year. Efforts are made to minimize exposed soil, with extensive vertical greening and the strategic use of various shrubs and herbaceous flowering plants to create a landscape that remains lushly green in all seasons and blooms in three of them.
The leading idea of this greening design is to be concise, generous and beautify the environment; Embody the principle of architectural design style, so that greening and architecture are integrated with each other and complement each other. The plant configuration is mainly based on evergreen tree species as the "background", and shrubs of different colors are matched in the four seasons. Try to avoid bare ground, widely carry out vertical greening and a variety of shrubs and herbaceous flowers to embellish, so that the plant area to achieve four seasons of evergreen, three seasons of flowers.
