Project Overview
The project site is located in the heart of the business‑office development district of Wujiang Taihu New City, a burgeoning high‑end CBD that integrates commerce, conferences, culture, and entertainment. Under planning and development, Taihu New City will be anchored by commercial and office uses, highlighted by lakeside cultural architecture, and complemented by mid‑to‑high‑end residential developments, with the aim of creating a high‑quality, fully integrated new urban district.
The site is located east of Shuixiu Street, west of Yingshan Street, south of Kaiping Road, and north of the Urban Green Axis. Land area : Plot A7-1 measures approximately 10,927 square meters, Plot A7-2 approximately 10,875 square meters, Plot A4-3 approximately 10,079 square meters, and Plot A4-4 approximately 10,128 square meters.

A product that combines high-rise office spaces with garden‑style work environments, contributing more open space to the city.
Facade Representation
This project is an integrated development that combines commercial and office spaces.
Commercial adoption “ Ground-floor retail + standalone commercial space Adopting a strategic layout, and in light of the site’s existing conditions and planning parameters, fully unlock its commercial potential.
Office use adopts “ Multi-story standalone office space + high-rise loft-style offices “Composite pattern.”
The tower and the podium are designed in a unified style, both employing… Modernist architectural style 。
The tower’s façade draws inspiration from the rippling of water and the cascading flow of a waterfall, while the podium’s office façade features linear patterns that evoke the weathered, time‑worn textures of stones shaped by flowing water. Together, these elements create a new architectural identity that resonates with the cultural essence of Taihu and harmonizes with the site’s environmental context, striving to become a landmark of regional culture.
