Leveraging big data analytics, advanced algorithms, and cloud-based scheduling, the company offers end-to-end solutions for smart kitchen cleaning, intelligent cooking, and other related areas. Its business scale ranks first in China’s commercial kitchen services sector.

Since 2021, SCG Design has been involved in the construction project for the headquarters of Chuxin Technology, adhering to a design philosophy that emphasizes smart technology, green and low‑carbon practices, human‑centered principles, and both functionality and aesthetics. During the bidding phase, it stood out among numerous top-tier design firms in Suzhou and successfully secured the project’s design contract. Following the award, the design team worked closely with the client to meet all project requirements, seamlessly integrating corporate needs with the park’s strategic positioning throughout the detailed design process, with the goal of creating a cutting‑edge, high‑tech, and intelligent headquarters manufacturing base.

Project Overview

The headquarters project of Chuxin Technology is located in the Science and Technology City of Suzhou High-Tech Zone, west of Xinqian Road and north of Yanshan Road, covering an area of approximately 35,700 square meters (about 53 mu) with a total floor area exceeding 80,000 square meters. The project includes one headquarters office building and four advanced manufacturing centers, aiming to establish a comprehensive headquarters base that integrates corporate headquarters functions, software and hardware R&D, business operations, integrated supply chain management, and cutting-edge manufacturing.

The overall site layout prioritizes both the convenience of on‑site personnel and the efficiency of material flow. The office building is positioned at the southeast corner, engaging with the urban fabric and presenting a strong public face. Four advanced manufacturing centers are arranged in a semi‑enclosing configuration around a central courtyard, allowing all four buildings to share the same open space and facilitating the movement of products throughout the production process; delivery vehicles can also navigate easily between the structures. Connecting corridors link the individual buildings, fostering closer internal circulation while creating ample transitional spaces that enrich the spatial experience within the campus.

The office building employs a streamlined volumetric composition to create a multi‑layered spatial experience, while its three‑story terrace areas provide a tranquil retreat, significantly enhancing the quality of the work environment. The all‑glass curtain wall façade harmonizes beautifully with the sophisticated character of the headquarters offices. The four R&D workshop buildings feature a facade design that blends solid and void elements; their vertical linear rhythm echoes that of the office tower. Along the street‑facing walls, integrated insulation panels ensure an aesthetically pleasing appearance, while the interior courtyard façades are finished with textured stone paint, balancing cost‑effectiveness with durability.

The headquarters project funded by this investment will further strengthen Chuxin Technology’s first-mover advantage in the commercial kitchen‑cleaning sector, comprehensively enhancing its capabilities in software and hardware R&D, integrated supply chain management, intelligent manufacturing, and business operations.

In recent years, SCG Design has successfully completed the headquarters campus projects for numerous industry-leading companies, including Changguang Huaxin, Terite, Tiger Hill Imaging, Haofan Bio, Zhaowei Drive, and Kangdai Imaging, amassing extensive experience and earning widespread recognition. Moving forward, SCG Design will continue to prioritize headquarters campus design, contributing to China’s efforts to accelerate the transformation of its manufacturing sector toward high-end, intelligent capabilities.
