This design aims to create a high-quality, comfortable, and inviting residential community, with an architectural style predominantly inspired by the Suzhou tradition, harmonizing seamlessly with the surrounding environment.
Now The design approach, drawing on contemporary stylistic conventions and traditional Suzhou color palettes, creates a highly distinctive façade. Rooted in the essence of Suzhou, its clean, refined details convey a powerful modern Chinese aesthetic.

Strive to create human-centered living environments, and plan both on- and off-campus spaces according to a new residential philosophy.
Primarily featuring upgraded floor plans. We have optimized the floor plan design, enhancing the unit’s value through increased usable space. The layout places a strong emphasis on leveraging scenic views and promoting ecological sustainability, ensuring natural light and ventilation in every room. While meeting all functional requirements, we have also prioritized the overall spatial quality and aesthetic appeal.

The landscape design of this residential community embraces a natural aesthetic, thoughtfully integrating scenic elements, greenery, and everyday functionality. Through the strategic placement of decorative features and the harmonious integration of rockeries, bamboo groves, and boardwalks, it cultivates a garden ambiance that “though crafted by human hands, seems to spring naturally from the earth.” Children play, elders chat, and the architecture itself exudes a symphony of harmony—embodying a modern urban lifestyle of natural leisure and serving as a true reflection of “poetic dwelling.”
