CIMS China (Suzhou) Imaging Technology Co., Ltd. has been dedicated to core machine‑vision technologies for over 30 years and is a provider of automated optical inspection solutions—including AI‑powered equipment. Leveraging advanced imaging and image‑processing technologies, CIMS offers customized, industry‑specific solutions tailored to meet the unique requirements of every stage in the printed circuit board manufacturing process. Founded in 2005, the company is a global leader in the production of inspection equipment for both the PCB and semiconductor industries.
Today, our institute’s principal designers attended the completion and turnkey handover ceremony for the Kangdai New Headquarters project.
The project covers a total land area of 13,792.45 square meters. In accordance with the client’s requirements, a new office building, a factory building, and a gatehouse will be constructed, with a combined gross floor area of approximately 12,596.62 square meters. The site is located in the Shengpu Area of Suzhou Industrial Park, on the west side of Jianpu Road and north of Tongsheng Road, about 12.4 kilometers from Suzhou Industrial Park Station and roughly 5.8 kilometers from Weiting Station.
The plan vividly articulates this dynamic structural composition across all system levels, showcasing a freely unfolding spatial configuration, a well‑balanced and expressive planning framework, and a spatial environment that aligns with the technological workflow, thereby conveying an aspiration for the distinctive creative ethos fostered by contemporary scientific and technological advancement.
To highlight the plant’s distinctive architectural character, the design—ranging from the overall style to the smallest details—adheres to principles of modernity, innovation, and simplicity. The entire campus is dominated by white and gray tones, creating a harmonious and elegant color scheme that enhances the overall aesthetic.
The overall design adopts a calm and restrained approach, ensuring that each building façade maintains balanced proportions and harmonizes with the surrounding visual context. The façades of individual volumes are kept simple and unadorned, reflecting the distinctive aesthetic of industrial architecture.
The deep integration of design and construction has fully leveraged the advantages of the EPC delivery model.
