Project Overview
The project is located at the intersection of Changjiang Road and Hengshan Road in the core area of Kunshan City, with Hengshan Road to the south and Changjiang Road to the east.
In the future, the southern part of the city will increasingly assert its status as the “urban center.” This project is situated in a prime location in the south, enjoying convenient transportation and close connectivity to three major hubs—the Kunshan South Railway Station, Dongxin Street, and the highway interchange—boasting… A uniquely advantageous commercial position.

Site Plan

To the east of the site lies a municipal public green space, within which a small stream flows northward and eastward through the urban park, creating a picturesque natural landscape. To the west of the site is a residential district with strong commercial demand.
Overall Layout
The buildings are classified into Buildings 1, 2, and 3 based on their functions.
Buildings 1 and 2 are high-rise office buildings, while Building 3 is a multi-story commercial building. Building No. 1 is located on the north side of the site, while Building No. 2 stands on the west side. The two buildings are staggered perpendicularly atop Building No. 3, thereby minimizing mutual interference between the two high-rise office towers and simultaneously offering a view toward the urban plaza to the east, thus creating an excellent working environment and expansive vistas.
Building No. 3 is divided into two major sections: marketable commercial space and owner-occupied commercial space. An L-shaped commercial pedestrian street is formed between the two main volumes, with levels two through five connected by an open, elevated skywalk. This design creates a pleasant, open‑scale environment and a strong sense of spatial continuity, transforming the complex into an organic, cohesive shopping center.

Facade Design
The facades of the office towers in Buildings 1 and 2 are designed using stone‑chip paint, lightweight steel cladding, aluminum alloy louvers, and partial glass curtain walls. Simple, clean, and modern the building facade, The style is in harmony with the surrounding buildings.
The commercial podium of Building 3 employs curtain walls and aluminum panels, creating a dynamic architectural form and shaping… Exquisite, fashionable The architectural quality.
