Suzhou Construction (Group) Planning and Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd. was established in November 1992 and holds Grade-A architectural design qualifications.
Through nearly two decades of tireless effort and pioneering work by all staff members, the institute has steadily expanded its scale of operations and achieved growing economic performance. It has emerged as a design team with robust technical expertise, state-of-the-art design tools, a well‑established internal management system, and a reliable quality assurance framework, holding Grade‑A design qualifications in the construction industry (building engineering). The institute is a comprehensive research organization specializing in industrial and civil architectural design, urban planning, interior decoration, landscape and greening, BIM, and engineering‑technical consulting and management services.
At present, the institute offers a full range of specialties and a comprehensive array of trades. It employs over 150 registered staff members, including 18 registered engineers, 21 senior engineers, and 86 engineers. The institute is equipped with a complete suite of computer-aided design software for architecture, structural engineering, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and other disciplines, ensuring continuously improving design standards and state-of-the-art technical capabilities. In recent years, while maintaining a strong foothold in the Suzhou region, the institute has steadily expanded its scope of operations, extending its architectural design services beyond Suzhou to other cities and provinces.
