Construction Drawing Team Leader
Job Responsibilities:
1. Able to collaborate with the lead designer on project concept discussions and provide support for the lead design work;
2. Responsible for the project’s preliminary conceptual design, preparation of construction drawings, and creation of SketchUp models.
3. Assist with matters related to the handling of the main case;
4. Familiar with relevant national and professional standards, and capable of mentoring assistant designers.
Job Requirements:
1. Candidates must have a degree in a related architectural or interior design field, at least two years of professional experience, and a solid understanding of construction techniques.
2. Proficient in using 3ds Max, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other relevant design software; capable of mentoring junior designers to master these tools.
3. Possesses strong creativity and spatial thinking, with bold and innovative design capabilities, and can assist the lead designer in tasks such as concept development, preliminary design, schematic design, and construction documentation.
4. Possesses professional expertise and ethical integrity, strong verbal and interpersonal skills, and a strong sense of teamwork and responsibility.
