Plumbing and Drainage Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop a detailed construction plan for the water supply and drainage works of the project;

2. Provide on-site guidance throughout the water supply and drainage construction process and offer technical support.

3. Review the construction organization plan for the water supply and drainage project and oversee on-site construction progress.

4. Strictly supervise the construction quality of water supply and drainage projects, and participate in the inspection and acceptance of such projects.

5. Strictly supervise and control the construction costs of water supply and drainage projects.

6. Resolve design and construction issues in water supply and drainage projects, as well as manage external relations related to on-site water supply and drainage works.

7. Responsible for managing and coordinating project warranty services for water supply and drainage projects from completion through the end of the warranty period.

 

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Water Supply and Drainage Engineering, Municipal Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields;

2–3+ years of work experience, with a thorough understanding of national design codes and relevant technical standards.

3. Proficient in CAD and other software related to building equipment design, and skilled in using various common office applications.

4. Dedicated and down-to-earth, conscientious and responsible, meticulous and rigorous, with strong professional ethics, a team-oriented spirit, and excellent communication and coordination skills.
