Architectural engineer

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in architecture or a related field; prior experience in public‑building design is preferred.

2. Approximately one year of experience in design or planning within the construction engineering industry;

3. Possesses strong capabilities in the conceptual design of large-scale engineering projects;

4. Familiar with the project design process and possesses strong oversight capabilities over early-stage design phases.

5. Able to organize and coordinate the team in developing solutions, maintain a holistic perspective, possess strong communication and presentation skills, demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, and exhibit a dedicated work ethic.

6. Possesses capabilities in project site design (general layout planning), urban planning and design, and architectural design, among other areas;

7. Possesses in-depth knowledge of urban planning, architectural design, structural engineering, water supply and drainage, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, electrical systems, business management, and relevant laws.

8. Possesses a thorough understanding of related disciplines (landscape, structural, and MEP design), along with solid review and coordination skills, and has extensive experience in on-site construction coordination.

9. Possesses a distinctive creative vision and a strong sense of innovation, with experience in project design, organization, and management; adept at accurately interpreting project requirements, excels in communication and coordination, and demonstrates robust expertise in reviewing architectural façades and materials.

10. Proficient in office automation, CAD drafting software, and related software applications;

11. Possesses strong communication skills with clients;

12. Dedicated and responsible, with a strong sense of accountability, excellent organizational and coordination skills, and a spirit of teamwork.
